As she left Neiman Marcus' store, Khloé looked rather slender as she waited for her car to pick her up. When her white Range Rover eventually pulled up, Khloé quickly got inside and headed off home. She late spent the evening pampering herself and tweeted: 'Having a numbing party man! Oh yeah... Laser hair removal is awesome ;)'
