This episode happened in December 2009, and this model, Chantal Spears (also known as Ronald Spears), alleging that Kardashian assaulted her in front of a nightclub in 2009, and while the case is ongoing, Spears has offered to drop it if Kardashian pays her for "mental and emotional anxiety," according to TMZ.
